Easily reached by the all Times Square trains and buses. The theater is available for use 24 hours a day. Equity approved, or perfect for non-union use. They provide the space, the light and sound package and utilities – you provide your own staff. Our spacious lobby can accommodate a pre- or post-show event. Call us to arrange a visit and to check for open time slots. Rates are reasonable.
Rentals are Monday to Monday, minimum of 1 week. Daytime rentals for readings and backers auditions, as well as dark-night 1 day rentals can often be arranged.
