An original adaptation and mash-up of Henry VI, Parts I, II, and III (known as the War of the Roses), exploring the story of Queen Margaret (Katherine Lerner-Lam), probably one of the strongest, cunning and most complicated woman Shakespeare ever wrote. Director Nicholas Martin-Smith has adapted this production and Jared Kirby, in-house fight director, conceived the idea. And yes, there will be plenty of battle scenes and blood, love and drama, as family fights against family in this historical tragedy.
Performances occur behind The Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument on the North Patio (W. 89th St. & Riverside Drive).
