Criminals on the prowl, power outages and the constant pleas of help surround our hero, Blackout A.K.A. Cassie. The grind never seems to end, and now in this dark hour she’s the one who needs help. One year ago, her mentor, the legendary Kinetic, committed suicide plagued by the shadows of his mind.
