Third Rail Projects, the groundbreaking company behind Then She Fell and The Grand Paradise, brings their unique blend of immersive performance to LCT3 and invites audiences into the unseen corners of the Claire Tow Theater to explore the world on the other side of the proscenium. 

Ghost Light is a performance about performance which navigates through a series of real and dreamlike landscapes beyond the footlights, the glitter, and the greasepaint. It is a benevolent haunting that reflects on the smoke and mirrors, superstitions, and stage magic that conjure the mystique of the theatre.

SPECIAL PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS:


All audience members will be moving for most of the two hour performance of GHOST LIGHT, including:
o Standing

o Walking
o Climbing stairs
o Being in confined spaces
o Being separated from your party

• The performance environment contains a variety of textures and, at times, uneven floor surfaces. It is strongly recommended that you wear appropriate, comfortable footwear.

There is no late admission.The performance contains partial nudity, adult language, and other adult content that parents might not find suitable for children. There is a mandatory coat and bag check – including all handbags. Your items will be stored and locked throughout the performance, though LCT3 cannot take responsibility for them. The entrance to the downtown #1 subway train station in front of Avery Fisher Hall on Columbus between 64th and 65th Streets is now open. The concourse is also reachable via an underground entrance from the downtown #1 subway train.

Wheelchair Info

Wheelchair access to the Claire Tow Theater is available via two elevators located inside the Beaumont lobby, at the Lincoln Center plaza level. The lobby and box office open one hour prior to curtain. At all other times, please visit the main LCT box office for ticket sales and will-call pick-up.

Restroom

Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on the lobby levels of the Vivian Beaumont, Mitzi E. Newhouse and Claire Tow Theaters.

Seating

Theatre entrance is at Row A which is the only row accessible to people using wheelchairs. There are two steps up per row to reach all other seats.
