On Monday, Broadway scene-stealer Jay Armstrong Johnson (Hands on a Hardbody, On the Town) resurrected the bewitching Sanderson Sisters from the cult classic Hocus Pocus for a high-camp Halloween performance, and starting on Sunday you can watch a recording online. Cackle at the holiday high jinks of Johnson (in the Bette Midler role) and his sorceress siblings played by Allison Godleski and Amanda Williams Ware as they welcome special ghoulish guest stars including Some Like It Hot Tony winner J. Harrison Ghee, Tony nominee Robyn Hurder (Moulin Rouge, Chicago) and Max Clayton from The Music Man. Proceeds benefit the Ali Forney Center, which serves unhoused LGBTQ+ youth.
