As you've probably already heard, Carol Channing passed away today at the age of 97. Although she made a handful of movies and frequently appeared on TV, the stage was her home. It was where she became a star, and her Broadway credits span more than a half century. Below are five of our favorite vintage clips of the one-of-a-kind, big-eyed, raspy voiced, three-time Tony-winning legend, who memorably originated the roles of Lorelei Lee in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and Mrs. Dolly Gallagher Levi in Hello, Dolly!. In fact, she played Dolly in three different Broadway productions, and we've got clips from the first (1964) and the last (1994).
