Let Us Dress Up Your Next Production

With more than 85,000 costumes to choose from, the TDF Costume Collection has the perfect outfits and accessories for your next project.

Anyone can rent from the Collection, but not-for-profit organizations receive a discount and a few added perks. Nonprofits can pull and rent costumes as early as 56 days before a production opens or begins previews. For nonprofit films or photo shoots, we count back from the first shoot date.

All other clients can pull or rent costumes 14 days prior to opening or first shoot date.

Once you start a rental, we cannot refund you for unused costumes. However, you can exchange costumes as many times as you'd like during your rental.

Most customers come to our warehouse to choose costumes in person, but our staff can also do that for you. There are a variety of rental options so please email us for details.

Dry-Cleaning Services and Costs

In order to ensure all costumes are in their best (and cleanest) condition, the Collection requires all costumes to be professionally dry-cleaned.

Nonprofits have the option of coordinating the dry-cleaning themselves, however a copy of the receipt is required as proof. Most not-for-profits find it more convenient to let us take care of the dry-cleaning.

For all other rentals, the Collection handles the dry-cleaning, and clients must prepay for the service at the time of checkout. The fee is typically $8 per pound. Costumes that require special care (suede, leather, fur, sequined, beaded, etc.) cannot be dry-cleaned in bulk and are charged at a per-item rate.

Return of Costumes

All rentals must be returned within 10 days after the project ends. If the costumes are being returned in person, be sure you know the name of the organization listed on the rental form or the rental form number.

If you are shipping costumes to us, be sure to include the organization name or rental form number. It's best if you print and fill out this form and include a copy in every box.
