TKTS Tips

  1. Available shows are listed on signs by the booths. The performance start time and percentage discount off full-price are listed with each show.

  2. While in line, decide which shows you would like to see.

  3. At TKTS Times Square, returning customers can use our Fast Pass Line. To use Fast Pass, just bring your TKTS ticket stub or physical receipt with you and show it to one of our Patron Services Representatives who will put you in our priority line. You can use your Fast Pass for up to 7 days from your original purchase and skip the line! Please note: our Fast Pass line will be unavailable from December 19th, 2022 through January 5th, 2023.

  4. Please examine your tickets and change prior to leaving the ticket window. There are no refunds or exchanges.

  5. Please beware of purchasing tickets on the street from individuals claiming to be ticketsellers, as they may not be legitimate and they do not have any affiliation with TKTS.

TKTS Patron Services

If you have questions or need help when you’re in line at TKTS, just look for a TKTS Patron Services Rep near the booth. You can always find one roaming the line or standing near the list of the day’s shows. TKTS Patron Services Reps are there to help you with whatever you need, and can be spotted wearing red jackets or shirts.
