TKTS for Producers

Many producers utilize the TKTS Discount Booths as a direct marketing tool. In return for offering same-day discounts of 20%, 30%, 40% or 50% off full-price tickets, you’ll have access to a large and enthusiastic audience and will be able to generate additional revenue and fill surplus seats. At the same time, you’re helping support a nonprofit organization dedicated to sustaining and sharing the performing arts. The support comes in the form of our service fee of only $7 that is added to the price of each ticket. There are no fees deducted from the price of your ticket.

Your show will be listed on our TKTS app with detailed information about your production. This will help market your show to the more than 2.5 million people who have already downloaded our app.

In recent years, TKTS Discount Booths have distributed more than 1.1 million tickets annually to hundreds of theatre, dance and music performances and returned up to $95,781,282 in revenue to these productions.

What types of shows are eligible?

Broadway, Off-Broadway, LORT, AGVA and AGMA contracts

Such as Broadway productions, City Center, theatrical productions at Madison Square Garden and Radio City Music Hall, Roundabout, Manhattan Theatre Club, Lincoln Center, Theatre for a New Audience, Atlantic Theater Company, Signature Theater Company, MCC, Classic Stage Company, The New Group, Primary Stages, Vineyard, Women’s Theatre Project, Carnegie Hall and Avery Fisher Hall

Designated Off-Broadway venues 

Including all theatres at New World Stages and Theatre Row

The following types of shows are not eligible: 

AEA Showcases, rock concerts, comedy and improv shows (except in Broadway and Off-Broadway League houses)

Shows performed in a theatre with a seating map of less than 99 seats

Posting policy at TKTS Booths

As of May 12, 2014, TKTS lists show titles on the boards as they appear on the cover of the show's Playbill or program.
