Queens Theatre's New American Voices and Theatre For All programs will offer an Educational Presentation of SHORT PLAYS!—readings of eight new works by disabled writers from across the globe, featuring the cohort from the Theatre For All Spring 2024 Intensive Training Series. The presentation, directed by Dev Bondarin and Gwynn MacDonald, will take place in the Cabaret Theatre. A post-show discussion with the actors and directors will follow the presentation. These smart, witty and challenging plays, which were submitted to Queens Theatre, Bird Theatre Company in Japan and Benson Theatre in Omaha cover a striking range of genres and styles, all featuring excellent roles for disabled actors.
